Teen Leadership Program
Ages 14-18 (6 hour program)
What makes a good leader? How can teens today learn to be effective in a leadership role? This new program will help teens understand the responsibilities of a leader, including how to communicate more effectively as a leader, motivation, diversity, dealing with stress, and what makes a successful leader.

Life Skills for Young Adults
Ages 17-24+ (meets 1 hour each session , 6 Sessions)
This 6 session program will meet for an hour each session. This program will focus on helping the young adult and college student raise awareness about life skills and help determine where they need to develop more and how to achieve those skills to be successful in life.
During the program we will cover topics such as: finance/budgeting, time management (school, job and family), relationships (family, friends & social), stress management, education & career, how to present yourself in interviews, resumes, communicating effectively, etc.
The intent of this program is to have a group of individuals come together to have active discussions and an exchange of ideas in a positive setting. The group size is limited.

Teen Talk Sessions
Ages 14-17 (1 hour program)
Teen Talk sessions are group sessions that are held once a month and have been designed specifically for teens. These group sessions are intended to be a place where teens can get together and participate in discussions about a variety of topics. This is a great opportunity for teens to see old friends, meet new friends, share concerns, ideas and suggestions, and continue discussions of topics covered in the Proud to Be Me! Program for Teens. Teen Talk is only available to those teens that have attended one of our programs. All sessions are guided and monitored to keep discussions active, informative and beneficial to all participants.

On My Way! Program for Young Adults
Ages 18-24+(5 hour program)
This program helps young adults better understand themselves and others and why they get along with some people yet feel uncomfortable with others. Participants will complete a self assessment and determine their own preferred behavioral style. They will learn about others’ styles and how they can use that knowledge in dealing with people that are different from them and in situations they might be uncomfortable in. This program is similar to the Proud to Be Me! program, however, it is developed specifically for the older teen and young adult. On My Way! provides participants with tools to use in everyday life; helping to make positive choices and decisions in difficult situations. We also cover career decisions and how our natural strengths can be used to benefit us.

This 20 minute introductory program will provide the opportunity for parents and/or teens to learn about behavioral preferences, appreciate differences in others and have a better understanding of each other.

Parent/Family Workshop
(2 hours)
This program provides an opportunity for families to experience and appreciate the differences in each other, gain a better self awareness, improve communication skills and have an overall better understanding of each other. With each participant completing a personal assessment, you will identify your behavioral preference and identify ways to interact more effectively with each other.
